By providing information to Signature Travel Network ("Signature") on this website, you acknowledge being informed of and you agree to the following:

1. Signature will share your information with one or more select travel agency members of Signature Travel Network Cooperative, Inc. We do not share your information outside the network.
2. Sharing your information with one or more Signature member agencies may or may not lead to an introduction and the establishment of an employer-employee, independent contractor or other relationship between you and a Signature member agency. But Signature makes no representation, warranty or assurance that this will happen. Signature disclaims any expressed or implied warranty of merchantability of fitness, also as to the aspects of elements not expressly mentioned here, for any particular use or purpose. There is not warranty that extends beyond the face hereof.
3. Signature Travel Network has many member travel agencies, with different models, and operations. You should investigate carefully all aspects before deciding if you wish to work with any agency. For this reason, please don't view this website, or any action by Signature, as an endorsement or recommendation of any particular decision, course of action or agency. You must interview and investigate any agency yourself, choose your own course of action, and make your own decisions. You shall not claim, and you waive and release any claim against Signature, its affiliated entities and their respective shareholders, members, partners, directors, managers, officers, employees, agents, and other representatives, from any claim of injury, damage, loss or invasion of rights arising from or relating to any act, omission or relationship you may experience or establish with any travel agency. You acknowledge and agree you are not applying for, or being considered for and will not be or become an employee, independent contractor or in any other relationship with or to Signature Travel Network Cooperative, Inc.
