Overview

Introduction

Once the colonial capital (1900-1934), Bingerville has a lovely university and a must-see botanical garden as well as orchid, cocoa and coffee plantations. The Atelier d'Art displays works of young art students. Most people see Bingerville and Grand Bassam on the same excursion from Abidjan. 10 mi/16 km east of Abidjan.
