Introduction

Named for the thousands of turtles everywhere (be sure to visit the Turtle Club), Ouen has excellent beaches and adequate accommodations. We recommend it as a nice place to relax and put in some serious beach time for a few days. 13 mi/20 km southeast of Noumea, just off the coast of the main island.
