Hotel Café Royal introduces complimentary all-day Rolls Royce, Mercedes, and Range Rover exclusive private chauffeur as a standard inclusion for Deluxe Suites and above.
 
In a unique move amongst the luxury hotel scene in London, Hotel Café Royal will offer all discerning suite guests a personal chauffeur for their use throughout their stay, free of charge on an ongoing basis. Guests reserving a Deluxe, Loft and Westminster suites will be able to choose between a Mercedes S or V Class, whilst guests booking a Regent Suite, or any suite category above will have the privilege of selecting a Rolls Royce or Range Rover. This personal chauffeur experience includes 10 hours of exclusive use per day with unlimited mileage and distance, allowing for convenient exploration of the city and its surrounds.

Deluxe & Westminster and Loft Suites:

• Private Chauffeur: 10 hours of exclusive use per day in a Mercedes S or V Class, for your entire stay

Regent Suite up to Dome Penthouse:

• Private Chauffeur: 10 hours of exclusive use per day in a Rolls Royce or Range Rover, for your entire stay
• And a choice of (once per stay):
• 3-course dinner served in the privacy of your suite
• A 60-minutes Akasha massage for two persons
• A personal bar set up in your suite with preferred beverage choices
• Royal nanny children’s trunk

• Albert Adrià or Alex Dilling welcome amenity
• 24-hour butler service
• Bottle of champagne (once per stay)
• Fresh flowers by Jamie Aston
• Laundered luggage in association with TUMI (for Deluxe Suites and up)
• Unpacking and packing service
• Garment pressing (up to 2 items, once per stay)
• Shoeshine service
• Fresh fruits

Signature Suite guests can opt for a self-drive supercar instead of the private chauffeur service.

Terms & Conditions:

The suite inclusions are available for Deluxe suites and above and includes unlimited mileage and distance, no minimum length of stay required. Inclusions are based on the room type booked and do not apply to complimentary upgrades. The chauffeur service is included for all days of the stay except for the day of departure. The chauffeur service must be booked at least 24-hours before the required start time. The self-drive supercar option is available only until the end of the year 2024. The chauffeur service on the day of arrival can be substituted for an airport transfer. Please inquire with your travel advisor for additional terms and conditions.
