Truly a luxurious way to see the Norwegian Fjords

Silversea knows luxury - no question. The food was very good, and we enjoyed our turn in the S.A.L.T. lab on the Silver Moon. The SALT Bar with regionally inspired cocktails is not to be missed. The bartenders are passionate about creating new cocktails using local ingredients and spirits. We enjoyed full-service breakfast in our suite each day and gourmet food throughout the other dining venues.

The musicians were fabulous. The included excursions were for the most part very good with a variety from scenic beauty (the fjords) to culture (a behind the scenes tour of the Oslo Opera House).

The ship is beautiful, and our Classic Veranda was spacious with more storage than we needed. Our fridge was stocked with our favorite beverages, and we took our butlers up on the offer to unpack our suitcases - pure luxury!

Portugal to Southampton

May 2022 Lisbon Portugal to coast of France and embarking at Southampton.

PROS: Lovely ship with beautiful public places which have plenty of space. Staff is well trained and very courteous, within a day they all seemed to know us and called us by name.

CONS: The sitting and sleeping area in the suites were very nice! However their walk-in closet was quite small in the standard veranda rooms. The bathroom shower was tiny!
